1 C. whole wheat flour
1 C. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
3 TLBS. applesauce
Dash of Salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 TLBS Sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Warm griddle to about 325-350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together with a wire whisk and pour on griddle.
(These are yummy pancakes and they are healthy!)
