1 c. Soy Sauce (gluten free)
½ c. orange juice
1 heaping T. brown sugar
1 t. minced garlic
2 T. dried onion flakes
1-2 T. olive oil
water
Stir all ingredients together. Add thawed chicken or steak to marinade, adding enough water to cover meat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
