Summer Salad Recipe

Large bowl of spinach and lettuce (any mixture you want)
Mushrooms
Cooked bacon crumbled
Mozzerella cheese sticks cut up
1 can mandarin oranges
Carrots
Sliced almonds
Craisins


Poppy Seed Dressing (I ½ this recipe for 15 people)
¾ c. vinegar
¾ c. white sugar
½ t. minced onions
¾ t. dry mustard
1 ¼ c. oil
1 ½ t. poppy seeds
1 ½ t. salt

1 sliced red onion

Shake well all the ingredients except for the red onion.  Then add red onion and let sit overnight.

Pour over salad right before serving.
