4 quarts popped popcorn (pick out "Grannies")
Spread evenly on a large long pan
Melt and bring to a slight boil:
1 C brown sugar
1 1/2 C Karo syrup
Remove from heat and quickly add:
1 C peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
Pour over popped popcorn and mix thoroughly.
