Pumpkin Seeds
Scoop seeds from pumpkin and wash.
Melt ½ stick of butter on a jelly roll pan.Mix the seeds into the butter and sprinkle
generously with salt.Bake for 30
minutes at 350 degrees.Turning and
mixing several times, until toasted and crisp.
