8 oz. Cream cheese cut into cubes (4 oz.)
1 C. Parmesan cheese
1 C. Milk
3/4 cube Butter
2 Garlic cloves
1 C. Parmesan cheese

1 tsp. Salt
Melt all the ingredients slowly together. Serve over pasta. I love it with tortellini. This picture is with spinach ravioli.
